🤍 Hi, I'm Florine!

I have been a photographer in Avesnois since 2021 and I welcome you to my studio in Étrœungt, near Avesnes-sur-Helpe, Fourmies, and Maubeuge.
But before being a photographer, I am simply Florine.
I am quite a joyful, gentle, and patient person. I love children and their spontaneity, I enjoy animals, simple moments, long discussions over hot chocolate, and the little things in everyday life. I am also quite spontaneous, and during sessions, I usually switch to first-name terms fairly quickly. It’s my way of creating a natural relationship, without too many formalities.
Photography has been a part of my life since my teenage years. I bought my first camera at 18, and little by little, my passion took up more and more space.
Then my son was born in 2019. Naturally, photographing my daily life made me see things differently. The little hands, the changing expressions, the moments we think we will never forget… and that we sometimes forget a little anyway. It was also at that moment that I realized how much I loved photographing connections and people.
Before making photography my profession, I worked as a medical-psychological assistant with people with disabilities. It’s a part of my journey that means a lot to me and has taught me to observe, listen, adapt, and above all, to never assume that everyone functions the same way.
So if you are someone who feels very comfortable in front of a camera, that’s great. 😄 But if you tend to say “I am absolutely not photogenic,” you are just as welcome.
I won’t ask you to smile on demand for an hour or to pose in ways that don’t feel like you. I guide you when necessary, I also give you your space, and above all, I take the time to get to know you a little.
Because for me, a good session starts even before taking out the camera: you simply need to feel good with the person behind it.
Since 2021, I continue to regularly train in maternity, newborn, big baby, family, studio, reportage, wedding, and boudoir photography, to best support you according to your projects.
And if you come to see me, there’s a good chance we’ll talk just as much about your children, your photos, and your session… as about everything and nothing. 🤍
